Our Program provides our clients with all forms of aviation and aviation related insurance services. The coverages provided may be as simple as a Cessna 182, or as complex as a multi-million dollar Gulfstream 650. It can include part 91 and 135 operations and exposures, depending on the client’s operations. We have also helped our partners write other aviation exposures, such as Airports, Products and Completed Operations, Vendor’s Single Interests, and FBOs (including maintenance facilities and hangarkeepers).
We have appointments with all aviation and aviation related insurance markets in the U.S. plus Lloyds of London. As with any line of insurance, insurance carriers appetites vary. Some of our companies are only interested in the larger industrial aid risk, flown by professional pilots. Others have positioned themselves to write what is referred to as General Aviation – Pleasure and Business risks, such as Cessna 182’s, Beechcraft Bonanzas, Piper Comanches and similar risks. We also have markets that specialize in the writing of antique aircraft, aerobatic aircraft, and home built aircraft. Other markets write airport liability insurance for an entire airport or a single tenant located at an airport. Similarly, we also have property markets to write hangars, related buildings and personal property located at those airports.
